Rising Scholars is a program offered at Santiago Canyon College designed to empower and support formerly incarcerated individuals. The program seeks to provide students with skills, knowledge and individually customized support that will help them achieve their educational and professional goals. Funds raised go to areas of support such as scholarships, book grants, educational supplies and application, testing and certification fees.
